I had some rewards and power up store items saved from the knight online events in my mail that was never opened. Now I notice in the last couple of days they came up missing. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need premium to use my old mail?
They will have been returned to the sender.... a letter is only valid for 7 days
You can either submit a ticket or request sender resubmit them to you

I had them for 2 years. I just was not able to hold them and had no use of them at the time. They are pus items and gifts. I never had a problem with this before. I did send a ticket.

Also I had always used the save items in mail from pus so they could be used on other servers as with knight cash? For years this has worked. Now my trinas and potions are missing. sigh...
