alright well its obvious that the quest for stamp of dex on human side is NOT working, so i am unable to get any skills 70 and above for my character even though i have the necessary items, if someone could pm me, CarlosHathcockII in game and i could give you the items in return for you doing the stamp of dex quest, i would really appreciate it!
