    Password reset e-mail is not coming

    I'm having troubles logging into my main account, so I tried to reset the password. It says "Success! The information has been sent to your e-mail address." but I'm not receiving any e-mails for some reason. It's a @freemail.hu e-mail address.
    Also, when I used the password which I think was correct, it gave me this error message:
    "Fail to login to NTTGame(10-210)"
    Please help me, the account is way too valuable for me to give up on it

    If you have trouble with e-mail, you can submit a ticket about it.

    I've just bought Npoints so I can submit a ticket. I will submit one after I receive my Npoints. Is the error message any familiar to you? "Fail to login to NTTGame(10-210)" ?

    Are you getting this error notice on the game login screen ?

    No, this is at the website. In game it gave me something like "I might have to update my passoword at the website"
