Pmed Khenarth now with tracert also. Hopefully this will get fixed.

Just to let you know, i've been having the same issues (playing from france) since 6-7 days.

Today it was still unplayable, i cant stay online for longer than 30 minutes. Most of the time i get dc'd after 5 minutes, so i cant do anything at all.
My premium is going to waste lol, i was thinking about coming back to the game (old 2005 player) but now im not so sure ... i'll wait and see

Sorry I do not know how these links work, and what I am searching for, in order to send a message.....I cannot stay online more than 5 minutes unless I get disconnected when I am inside the game......And I did copy the links you posted and checked them out, but they say that they are from Turkey.....How does this help players from Canada?

press "windows" icon at task bar,
then type cmd to bring up the command prompt,
then paste the "tracert uslogin.knightonlineworld.com" into the command prompt,
trace route will start and takes like few minutes.

good luck to us(as I am suffering dc and bad lag too).
vs pedal/macro is already hard, with such dc and lag, you are no different than standing still for them to kill u effortless.

So ive done what they suggest us to do. Do a tracing route. I have sent it to khenarth so now all i gotta do is wait and see what he answers, cause this dcing is really annoying! Can not even make a merchant without getting dced !

Serious this is no acceptable !!!!!! Some of us even have Premium!
I log on and not even 10 min after i get dced! How are we gonna be able to do this event and quests when we get dced all the time!
