Can't seal my character

Hi,
I bought a Seal Character Scroll yesterday by merchant, cuz i wanna seal my character.
But I can't seal it, dont know why.
Anyone can teach me how I do it ?

Note : I have Bronze premium on.

Have you checked that issue : There should be only one item on the character to be sealed and this item should be put into the place at right bottom of your inventory.
