    Level too low to trade?

    What level do you have to be to be able to trade with the merchant people sitting down selling stuff?

    If you have premium, there is no level restriction but for non-premium accounts the required level is 30. Besides that you should complete the SMS verification procedure.

    Thank you for your response, I have completed the SMS Verification, and I just bought Premium (About level 20ish) because I wasn't sure on the trading level.
