    hi guys i have spoken with trustwho about the issue and their reply was: our system had a Technical issue yesterday,we got it fixed but we are playing catch up now.
    so i guess tommorow everythink will be ok

    I emailed them at the support. 5 minutes later I get a reply

    i think that if you ask for a refund on knightonline your account will be blocked but i am not 100% sure ,can someone confirm it?

    well i remember at last few bans for refunds in the past, ofc im not couting refunds made by Customer Support.

    indeed but had once problem with them week ago, so it is not perfect
