Ticket: # NXP-134-66942
It has been 3 days since I sent my ticket and they still have no solution. How can this be possible?
-They block me for no reason.
-They force me to reload NPoints in order to send a ticket.
-I send my ticket and 3 days later they don't respond.
If they force their users to reload NPoints in order to contact the support team, at least the attention should be faster.
