    Recharged Npoints

    So I recharged my NPoints on 4/1/2020 and my account was charged. However I received no NPoints. You can't file a support ticket so I'm looking for a little help here. I would think if they had time to process and bill my card that they could add the NPoints to my character?? Any help would be appreciated!
