    Need help on "#WQK-953-97923"

    Hi guys,

    can any mod or gm help me on ticket #WQK-953-97923?

    Been submitted and waited for few days and finally just now received a feed back for my case but customer support isn't getting the point I am telling, I really need someone to help me resolve it.

    Yes SkCLucky, I just saw the reply and it was simply reply and closed it without giving me a chance to resolve. that is way too much.
    it didn't allow me to collaborate how to resolve it with mutually respect but one way to conclude the case. i found it really reckless.

    can anyone help me on this?
    I resubmitted the ticket "#NNK-305-73063" because "#WQK-953-97923" was close without having proper collaboration.

    please help me out.

    seriously no one able to work on my ticket? it has been a week now.
    I don't even dare to cypher ring the character now as it might complicate my case.

    hi all hope the best for u guys all

    i am not agree with u guys as my experience with NTTgame support many many issues on my account and some of my friends issues

    so my advice to any player have issue with customer care and waiting assistant like blocked account or bug or guilty or not guilty player..

    1- choose the simple words to describe ur issue so they will understand u from the first ticket massage .
    2- respect the team u speaking with and never lie about any issue or problem u made if u did in (purpose or not) and ask the help u want gently i am sure they will help and will not go tough on the results.
    3- check the ticket every day or every 48hours (2days) max and never do new replay if they did not answered u or if they asked u not to replay anymore till they replay back after they complete the issue checking .

    and i wish u guys the best and patient patient ..

    to make things clear i am not GM or Mod or any thing but old player and i don't make the support team like "GOD" or "prime minsters" or "president" i am sure they got payed from each player buying prem or PUS items or whatever and they are here to help u cause its them jop but at least speak with them or about them as u like ppl to speak with u and about you
