I've raised tickets but I now realize I can't even receive an email from the ticket system. This is because at some point during the server changes/company ownership etc, the end of my email address has changed from '.com' to '.cin' and so I can't verify my account, go the through EU intergration, keep updated on my tickets or even change my password as the email required to change my password goes to an address that doesn't exist.
Can anyone any help because I also can't trade at the moment as I need to verify my account first :/ Thanks for your time
Where would I find that? When I look at my Tickets the only bits of information about the tickets I can see are under the titles: Date, Type, Category and Title

I have the same problem, they added eu# in front of my email adress and on my other account, where everything works perfect, it hasn't that prefix. Can u remove
it pls. Name Belg and I play on Europe. Ty
