Account Creation Abuse?

Hi,

I started playing this game again yesterday after like a 10-year break or so. Created a new fresh account yesterday...

Today I just see a message:

Your account has been blocked
Account Creation Abuse

I get the above message even before entering my ID and Password.

I've tried making a support ticket, but the website clearly is broken or something. It tells me that I have 0 Npoints... But yesterday I added 5k Npoints to my account + I got EXP premium.

GM please private message me so we can resolve this and so that I can understand why this is happening in the first place...

For the record, I HAVE NOT accessed any other account than the one I created yesterday!

Could this be an issue caused by downloading and installing the game first from https://www.nttgame.com/knight/

Logging in from the above client, creating a character in for example Diez... logging out, uninstalling the game, followed up by installing the game from steam and creating a character in a different server?

Never mind, issue resolved now. Thank you to whoever helped with it (or maybe it just resolved on its own...)
