i cant trade with other players and cant open a store
how do i fix it and how do i purchase a premium account?

Hello,

If you buy premium to the account, you can open a buy/sell. If the premium finish, you cannot open a buy/sell.

I suggest you; by logging into the portal, you need to do the sms verification process on the My Account tab. It must be 5 Npoints for sms verification. You can buy / sell after SMS verification.

GMs have checked your account's payment history, but couldn't see anything. After you buy Npoint, you may complete the SMS verification process.

But if you still telling that you made the payment, please create a ticket about your payment first.
