I just opened a new account on 27th of November and register my Dutch phone number to system to make log in new account. After one day I waited, I saw that the account was banned. I still did not understand how it is possible. Can you please help?

I tried to raise a ticket from my new account but It is asking me to buy Npoint before summit any ticket. I am not sure that I will be able to use this account in the future and I did not want to waste my money. Is there another way to reach this team?
