i tried to verify my account by using anOTP app that i have downloaded from ICS website. Once i have received sms with ID and authetification code i put these into anyOTP app and clicked confirm. Then all i got was a error window with "User authentification failed. Error information, please contact customer service. [SE3010] Failed to certify authetifiation code. In other cases the any OT app stops working completely.
Any help?

When you enter the ID and authentication code, you must enter the id as: ko1234556 - not just the numbers. Note these numbers are an example only. Use the numbers provided to you.
