Hi guys I though I may share this with you.

I did buy 1 k knight cash for a week ago but did not got it so I did post a ticket
and trustWho did send a ticket as well but no reply on both of them.

I mean its not normal in my opinion that it takes over a week to even maybe get a reply.

I know that it is a known problem about nttgame but still very bad.
So if you going to buy Knight cash don't do it until you know that it 100 % works
cause you will guarantee not get it back.

i cant find my ticket number but trustwho has this number at least 1637298.
Where am i supose to find my ticket number. Cant find it under tickets and did not get an email about it either

Have gone over 2 weeks without any good respond, they told my contact at trustwho that I would make a new ticket and I did.
Really bad support group at nttgame, Me personal have not got any reply from them over two weeks and thats
says it all. Crap

Last message from me, call it a dump or what ever you want. This game has for me to much errors and a support team that do not even bother to reply to tickets or in forum.
And then they decide to make a new game in the middle of a game that is far from bugg free. Still have not got any cash, it was not an high amount so yes can clearly survive without them but it is the situation that make me sad. This is a game that I started to play as a child and now its really a pain to see what the game have been.

Hope some out there see this message useful. And do not make the same mistake.

All the guys have been out here to solve the things popped up..

In any case, u should be right to complain about your ticket response but the thing is that there are so many tickets to be responsed.

Please try to keep ur calm a bit more :/
