Clan is bugged

Hello!

I have a problem with our clan.
Since our leader national transferred and passed the leadership to me the clan got bugged.
We were Royal 4 clan, but after he moved 2 of his chars out of the clan ( took aprox 5m nps with him )
we got degraded to TRAINING KNIGHT 1
We have around 4~5m nps donated to the clan and our clanies has couple of millions on their account.
Since we are Training knight 1, we can't check our donated nps, seems like its gone...
As far as I know even we don't have enough np's for Royal clan, we should get downgraded to Accredit 1-5.
I have checked if its only a bugg and accepted an alliance request, but it didn't solve our problem.

Before you ask I have sent a ticket last week but I didn't get a single reply on it.

Please let me know how can we get back our donated nps, or just fix the clan, so we can see how much nps we have
put in our clan.
