I have a friend who is returning to the game from a long absence.....In which KO had blocked for inactivity.....I did send in a ticket on his behalf....However the linked he was instructed to follow by does not seemed to be working....He has tried again this morning 3 times and keeps getting the same error.

and the error he is receiving is this: we couldn't find the page you requested
He can't log onto his account at all on NTTGames website it just error reads account is suspended, and cannot go any further.
I have now sent in a second ticket letting the support team aware of this error.....Any help from a GM or Moderator at this time would be most appreciated.
