An Issue With Activating A Blocked Account

I have a friend who is returning to the game from a long absence.....In which KO had blocked for inactivity.....I did send in a ticket on his behalf....However the linked he was instructed to follow by does not seemed to be working....He has tried again this morning 3 times and keeps getting the same error.

The link support ticket gave this link: Account Password Reset: https://support.nttgame.com/index.ph...password-reset

and the error he is receiving is this: we couldn't find the page you requested

He can't log onto his account at all on NTTGames website it just error reads account is suspended, and cannot go any further.


I have now sent in a second ticket letting the support team aware of this error.....Any help from a GM or Moderator at this time would be most appreciated.

Try to use an other browser... or use ccleaner to clean junk in all browser

There was an update to NTTgame where they declared that accounts that do not log in (game/website included) for more than 180 days, that the account would need to do a password reset. So, log into the website, and click the 'forgotten password' link and change the password on the account.

Note: They also made an update which states that they can not change an email/otp phone number on any account unless you have access to said email and phone number. This is a strict ruling and they will not budge.

download the game with other acc, and log in the game with his original acc, i guess it will work

best way is to use forgot your password on the email, and get it back
