This is good information for newcomers or old players coming back to game.

In that case, some of the "non-listed" would it be: BDW bug (you get teleported out if you die or move after dying), Eslant bug (you lose EXP whether you win or lose), many quests like Prevemtive Strike (Doda, kill "mini-bosses") do not give reward. Achieve only show achievements in quests in Moradon.

However, about the other bugs..
You don't lose exp after loosing Eslant Dungeon.. you do lose exp for winning but this is not a bug.

Quests, like I said.. post a video/screenshot of "that" bug you wish to report.
Maybe give a description about it, the developers need to get information related to the bugs we're reporting, else it wont be ever fixed because they don't know what's the issue with X quest.

When Abyss will be fixed?

I guess none can answer on this one really, its in MGame's hands now.
Once they fix it, they'll probably handover to NTTGame a patch that fixes it and we'll have the ability to open abyss gems again.
