Recently, some of Knight Online users experience a problem while they are trying to activate AnyOTP application with their OTP ID and Auth Code information. Even if they write exact codes, an error shows up as "[CE1001] Abnorma error is occured".
We already informed technical department to fix this problem as soon as possible. Within this period, please don't try to get another OTP ID and Auth Code more. We will let you know when the problem has fixed.
Note: Activating AnyOTP application with OTP ID and Auth Code (CE1001) problem has been fixed. Before you activate the AnyOTP again, please reinstall the application first.
