With the UTC update we have reseted all the quests. Skill quests also count.

There is no way to even redo the skill quests reimann what do you think all these topics are about? Do you even realize how much this little surprise has ruined the game for most players especially the ones on the newer servers? 99% of players on new servers will not be able to complete their skill quests again. there are not enough of these pendants available in merch and you cannot farm them due to the crazy amount of k0xp mage train parties in every pk zone farming the chaos stone. Gratz on making this k0xpKO now.

WE CAN'T do the skills quest
WE CAN'T take them, simply as it sound.
We just can't. try by yourself
go to the npc and see u dont have it there(maybe u do if its new char) on old characters.

I'm sorry that im not very giddy about you messing up something and trying to make it look like its a gift to us,
It's very nice that the completed quests bugged out on you so you decided to reset them,
But you can't just pass it off as intended and make the players do it all over again.

a freind of me got 80 today, did the skill quest, braught in all items for it and got nothing
