How can a Company force ppl to buy Npoints , just so they can submit a ticket . So they can apply for trade ??

I'm new (old player but i'm back ) , and i have to buy Npoints so i can get help to get acces to trade with my character ???

This is so baaad , i will never pay a Company just so i can start trade in the game .

You can play on steam ko only need lvl 35 to trade
Here you need to activate account trade with sms + for security otp code.
And for fix.. alot of thing is still to fix

well. I can accept that , but what i can't accept is that the only way for me to activate my account is to pay the Company . And thats it's not okey, i can't send a ticket becuse it's cost Npoints .

yeah but they made a otp code system to protect people accounts and it needs np to register.. but to send a ticket you need to have np on your account but it don't use np to send ticket. But anyway this game now it pay to win. If you don't use it you will loose all your stuff for sure without the otp code :S
