Clan list bug after merge server

Greetings

After merge servers the clan list get bug, there is show both names: the mixed name after serve merge and name that player has chosen with the name change thing, as result clan list is full and also, can not disband the mixed name because says "this user does not exist", please fix to be able to add new people to clan without lose any other member from clan, thanks.
