    Unhappy GM Help Please - Top Urgent

    Dear GM,

    Kindly, find ticket#LCR-549-11872. The ticket was closed due to missing info as per support feedback.

    I was not able to receive SMS verification code for game services. The ticket was submitted and support feedback requested below info in addition to a receipt that clearly shows the address, phone number and name on it.
    Account ID, Account Creation Date, Registered birthday, The cities I logged in to my account from, Registered Email Address & My phone number.

    For the receipt, I don't have any receipt with my new phone number. The only receipt I have that shows all required info is in different language & manual writing.

    Please advice.

    Appreciated in advanced.
