I am writing this forum post because my ticket has been waiting for over 4 days. My friends are playing the Altar server. I was stuck with NTTNow not verifying my phone so i was unable to login and create a character.
I want to login so i can purchase premium etc and begin my journey with my clanmates from long ago. Can you please look at my ticket and help me.
Ticket dated before Altar/Vega access was blocked to new players. I should be granted access to Altar at least so i can play with my clan. I had issue before Block was in place.

Please help me, so i can once again play with my friends on the game i love!
