Hi, I am having troubles to play in the new servers and im really tired of trying
The problem is related to sending messages and verification.
I used to play in Carnac West and after hearing about new servers, i thought i should give it a try and created a new account and bought 3200 NPoints but i am not even able to join the new servers.
I was playing Blizzard's WoW and here i am basically suffering

I am living in Germany but after i finished my registration it says "Registration completed" but on the left side where it says "banned user" . It is so annoying that i can not start new server... Please fix my problem so i can start playing...
