Questions for GM (OTP)

Hi, soon I will fix my friend's laptop (replace his HDD for an SDD) and I will reinstall a fresh Windows System.

1th Question : If he install the knight online and install otp with all the process + phone etc.. will he be able to have support if he have a problem with his account = Will the OTP be lock to my home adress (ip adress). Should he install the OTP a his home ?

2th Question : Once fix with a working OTP, if he bring his laptop at my home to play on my internet .. will he be able to have support after that?

What confuse me its the sharing OTP and Account information = but here it's not a sharing situation.

He live like ~45mins (Time with a car distance) of my home, same Country "Canada" in Province of Québec like me.

Question 1: There won't be any problem with installing AnyOTP app at your home, Unless he doesn't share the OTP and Account information with you, he can get support from us.

Question 2: If there is no information sharing with each other, there won't be a problem about getting support. He can play KO at your home.
