I used to like this game. i played it for many years. I recently tried to start again. I made to lvl 41 before deciding to go through to verification so i could sell items. After spending over an HOUR going through the steps multiple times, I still can't sell anything. This is absolutely ridiculous. I get game security, but not to the point that it prevents you from playing the game. I'm done.
I guess you activated OTP if so
go you knight online website ... log in
after click on the ... at left of support
Click account
go in game services
make sure you activated all security for account shield security after that you will be able to get once a reward for your account in moradon.. the first npc at the entrance of the castle of moradon
Everytime I do so, it says it was sucessfull but no change in game. When I go back to website, it is inactive again. Part of the page says all are active, and part says they are not. I have done this whole process multiple times now.

you did activate it in the otp page too ?
you have to check 2 thing in the otp page if i remember

yes. Verified email and sms. Downloaded OTP, used ID and Password provided to create my own password. Used anyOTP and my password to get 6 digit code that I then entered into the website. Did the last step (the 6 digit code part) multiple times for all 4 options on website.
And now the site will no longer accept mu OTP codes. Have tried 4 different times and refreshed code and page. This is absolute insanity for a free game.
I am logging in one more time to see if it worked. If not, then thank you for your help but this is well beyond the stress level I should be dealing with just to sell crappy items to NPCs.
there is a place in otp website you need to activate knight online game .. there is to things to activate im sure of that.
Don't worry I helped a friend on teamviewer for that confusing system xD
