RLB Porutu guide/build

To the pros,

I am sorry in case there is already such a post to guide how to build a porutu char, please share the link here if there is one.

I am kinda of in revenge mode "ON" as I have been getting annoying PM from a lvl68dber everyday(while queuing for BDW) asking me (lvl59 warrior) to 2vs2 him at RLB map while I am alone. When speaking of annoying char, basically he is cry when lose and laugh when win that type and curse/racist on you. which i have to say, why is BDW range lvl59-lvl68 together where those skill are totally out match.(dumb move)

Since I have a dusted lvl69 porutu(which i already delvl it to 68),
I am kind of thinking to get use to it for revenge before I chuck it away for 68warrior/sin to get him sh...ut for good.

can any pros guide me through what is the best build for lvl68 porutu?
skill, state wise what is the best build and armor? and reason why so?
currently i have dragon scale 7 set (spare) and warrior chitin 9 set, which one better for that porutu?
weapon wise? i have raptor9, avedon9, giga8(dual single handed), hanguk8, lugias8, ii+13reb, hb8, which one better for it?

it is very appreciate if you guys could guide me through to use it for my revenge. XD cheers!

Kurian character it will be better for double hanguk sword poison atack.
83 level portu skill devil 70 point, Attack skill point 66.
There is a guide prepared by the players for this, but in turkish.
