Hi, You will need to get to lvl 75 with 75 points in Spirit :
You need:

1x Stamp of Intelligence
2x Magic Jewel Powder
10'000'000 coins
For the Quest so:

To do 1 Stamp of intelligence

1x Lycaon Pendant
1x Lobo Pendant
1x Silver Bar

And for 2 Magic Jewel Powder

3x Opal (x2)
3x Crude Sapphire (x2)
3x Crystal (x2)

You need to talk to [Priest] Minerva who is located in El Morad Castle / Luferson Castle

Yea everything you said I know,but there are few quests and I need to finish the good one.

Oh sorry xD, I think you need to reskill first and make a duffer to get that skill quest.. because you won't have the quest if you still a buffer.
For buffer there is no lvl 75 skill ^_^
