Name bugged

Hello,

I had a priest on 4rd character slot, i never played (it was level 1) only made it when i made account. Now i got bored i wanna exp again so i log priest for exp but name is bugged.
Name: }*435206Belmeya
Can i delete all these things before my name? just name Belmeya but got bugged because of server merge.
Any solution i can do please?
I already send mail to support but 2 weeks no answer

After any server merge, when you do the first login with character it's opened function for name change. If you not change at the time, the name become as it shown when you're logged
