Nothing works, and as a customer, I should not have to change the domain name server that I connect to simply to work around an issue with the game. NTTGame needs to step up, respond to us, the customers and make some effort in this lack of support they are offering. It is disgusting that a company such as this, offers nothing. No response, no help, no words regarding the issue. It has fallen on the paying customers to lend help to each other. Why even have a GM team? it makes no sense at all to claim 24/7 support and no one can even lend a moment of their time to assist players who are having issues.
The DNS workaround did not work for me. Updating everything did not work for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work for me. Eating pudding while in a spinning chair, playing a flute through my left nostril did not work for me. Nothing is on my end... It is an issue with Xigncode and NTTGame... Fix this or lose your clientele. What business model works this way? Losing customers is not a successful business model and it blows my mind completely that you have chosen to operate in such a manner.
I connect from North America too and I even formatted my laptop.. Still have the issue. Before I format my laptop, I have tried those 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 DNS for IPv4 and I was able to stay connected about couple of hours but then XignCode kicked me again..
I have also sent log file to welbia and I get the same email reply with about 20 .tbl files showed.
