Unable to start game

Hi as I returning player I tried to download the game from the official website however after installation the launcher would not update and allow me to start. After much trouble I manually changed the patch version in the options to the current version. This allowed me to start the game however when I try to enter a server it gives me the error message 'This is an outdated version. Please install the newest client'. Also i have to manually enter the patch number every time I try to even launch the game. Please help...

Last game version is v2163 and the last patch is 2177. Delete game from your computer and reinstall from one of the next links:

Remind check if your antivirus or firewall doing block the game. Add the game folder and excecutable files as exception to antivirus and firewall.

Which game version display?

Execute launcher and press option button

I have to manually change game version to 2163 because it wont update itself, once this is done I can launch the game but then get the error message upon entering server

Today I cant even launch the game, after hitting start i get error message '0xE0191009 - Failed to update XIGNCODE' despite not having my anti virus active....

Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware & firewall can block xigncode. Might be other programs to.
