I'm not sure but if clan mate get banned for k0xp other clan members or leader can get too?

Well depends on the situation, in the same party with a cheater (obvious cheater) you may be blocked as well. Also if there are NPT characters in the clan, clan leader may be blocked.

if you see a opponent character k0xp in pk zone, he keep running back to the same spot to auto-farm, will you consider as NPT if you wait at that spot for his auto-return for farming and keep killing him again and again?

The point is I never used/been in k0xper pt or NPT just wants to be 100% sure if somehow I'll add someone using k0xp that I'll be not punished because some1 other sure.

It could be consider as NPT if kiling same character repeatedly at same place...

Yea but sometimes some noob just keeps running out of the base and it's not enmy nation's fault that they have free nps
