rebirth failed

like the title said i try to make rebirth 3 but its always failed and dont know if i do something wrong.
i have go to npc merkin and have pay 100m noah; 10000np and receive the qualification of rebirth.
so the 3 stages i have done confirm and when i do reincarnation and put my 2 stats its always say than:failed to respawn please select another point.
can someane help me with this.

i have relog and try again and its have worked.
