War premium question

I went through the war premium description just now and noticed that on the item#11 it says "NPC[sirin] from providing daily ancient text and chaos map coupon". May I know how it works?

As far i remember you can pick up one extra chaos map each day from NPC.

Indeed, you may join chaos twice per day, just go to Kaira NPC then choose "Exchanging items" - there you got two options for WAR premium:



from first option you get ofc another chaos map,
from second option you recive "War ancient document" and you can exchange it at Osiris NPC (plus one voucher of oracle) for better wings.
