Access restricted this server is open for NTTgame users who are registered for ICS

I have this issues anyone can help me about it ?? typed ; id and pass for log in ( it should ask me OTP code ) but its doesn't ask me. i spent 40 KC for active my account on otp.nttgame.com and nttgame.com everything active via account, it but still saying " Access restricted this server is open for NTTgame users who are registered for ICS.." Also I sent a couple ticket; and nobody answered me back or even resolved my issue.

Did you enable OTP settings? It's not enough with register only.
