0 how do I ban my account when I have no account yet? And I have Cash, I have Cash in my account, but I do not have a character server yet, and I want to get rid of this victim immediately.

Well that's not anything unusual that the empty account without characters get get banned for the account creation abuse.
Of course it doesn't mean that your account weren't banned by mistake. As Aky said please hold on and wait for the reply from CS.
Usually it's simple to verify it!.
