I got hacked on 12/18/2016 by TwilightTime justiceservice clan he selling my items in merchant in mordan on deiz server how do I go about getting this fixed cant log into account at all

Is your account protected by ICS OTP? Are settings for NTT Portal and Client (Game) enabled? You may need send a ticket to customer support to review your case.

Turkish Speak : Character GencFenerbahceLiie 27/.01.2017 akşamı 00.00 da Maradon'da satış pazar kurdum. +5 RBT SHARD, +3 RBT IRONBOW , IRON BELT KEMERİM hesabıma girilip çalınmıştır. Ben bunu fark ettiğimde saat : 04.00 'dır. Disconnet server yazısını gördükten sonra giriş yapmadım birkaç saat sonra giriş yaptığımda charın üzerindeki herşeyin alındığını üzerimdeki 86 M paranında tümüyle çalındığı ortadadır. Türkiye'nin Balıkesir şehrinden giriş yapan bir oyuncuyum. Bu ID adresine ve Chara giren şahış muhtemelen başka bir şehirden girmiştir ve size 4 saatlik bir zaman diliminden söz ediyorum işinizi kolaylaştırıyorum bu saatlerde hangi IP numarası ile sistemime giriş yapıldıysa teyit edilmesini rica ediyorum. Yardımlarınızı bekliyorum.
