Logged on today for this event but when I logged into the event home page it says I am entitled to the prize but there is no claim button. Tried with 3 accounts, and all the same.
We only have 24 hrs to claim prizes so is this only a problem for me or are others having same problem? Fix it please if its a ko problem :P
As I noticed you can claim only 1prize for 24hours, and I mean seems like the system reconginze your IP and not account ID.
So If you trying to claim prizes with other accounts after you did with one already, you can not do that unless you change your IP.
I didn't check if it works after you change your IP, but I did check if it has anything to do with cookies files, and it hasn't.
So only option here is IP, maybe they did that in purpose so players wont abuse the system, but thats how it works basically..in my theory.
Mine doesn't have the claim button either and I haven't claimed any prize for today .. Might be a bug
I have claimed on 3 accounts for 7 days with the occasional problem, log in, log out etc, but always got the event prize. So I don't think it is a problem with claiming on different accounts. Just today no claim button on any account. I went to it as soon as I logged out so I'm not out of time. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't alone in this problem and it had been reported.
After all is there any point in doing a event that you cant actually claim the prizes?

Yes it is definitely missing the claimed function button....I have collected mine for each day at the same 24 hrs intervals.....Example every night at my time of midnight I would claim my new event item....I have been trying to claimed it since the servers came back online....When you go to redeem section, the only button below the gift is a home button.

So I just gave up this useless event.

We had a small issue with the event page yesterday which has been fixed.
Did it by any chance fix the issue with the missing Claim button?
