I was not able to send a ticket to nttgame billing department because rixty in not on their list of webites that are allowed to buy knight cash from.
still waiting to hear from them and ofc from you

I notified the responsible person about Rixty is not listed on the ticket form. Sorry for the inconvenient, we are working on it.

I need to buy knight cash but im afraid my main account will get block for the same reason as my other account
what should I do ?
sent to same department as u but, this is what u need to provide:
screen shots of rixty payment history
I also sent screen shots with rixty support team confirming payment was clean no trouble
acc id [put in ticket not here naturally]
char names:
phone # registered
phone# registered with otp site
llocation information about where u are logging from [ country city zip code] to confirm ip ranges
provided info where bought the card from which store [ city zip code ect] for me gamestop xxx xxx
and from then: any additional info they request but please try to be 100% thurough and provide all infos u can get.
