i need some help with character

I bought Cypher ring character ingame and now im looking to bind it to my actual account, except my account doesnt have any empty character slots and it doesnt look like i have a option to delete one even though i have one i want to delete, what are my options so that i can combine the cypher character to my account?

Buy from power up one Character seal scroll on that account, and take out one of your characters, after you will be able to open character that you bought in your account. Character deletion it was disable long ago to protect players.
