There's no delay, once you activate the gift coupon you'll receive the gifts right away via in-game mail.

Login game with character you want to receive bonus items, press L and take the items from game letter, that's all.

hmm aky , my problem is i didn´t receive any message with promotional code so far, please a solution because for promotion use recharge by this means (a little more expensive) , if u can help my nick is RosaMeltrozo from Olympia

I have further question on your reply.

when you said "codes are now limited to one per account".
does that means,
- only one promotion code is redeemable under same account
or
- only receive one promotion code on single account regardless how many times you top up.

because I have few promotion codes, that I topped up from different accounts,
when I tried to use at my main account for the free items,
it keep telling me "The coupon code has already been activated for this promotion." which it is a code that I never used.

I basically have more than 8 codes stucking with me now. T_T

is it a bug or anyway to get it works?
