    Im Legal player and my character banned. Help me pls... unfairly banned

    I have been banned. I didn't use 3rd party tools and I didn't do illegal activity. Please check my character and open ban.Thanks for your help...

    NTTGame care about their players much more then you believe .
    Send a ticket and explain them your problem step by step and if your not guilty, nttgame will take care of your problem you just need to be patient .

    Please don't expect to get answered after an half hour . ( due to high spam tickets )
    But make sure you didn't shared your account or someone else could login and use cheats with it .
    Because if you really brake the rules there is nothing can be saved .
