Failed to Install OTP/ICS in PC/Desktop

Hi guys,

Attached picture is problem I facing now. Anyone please guide me how to troubleshoot it.

Additional Information :
1. OTP account for server A installed in the PC and OTP account for server B installed in the laptop/notebook
2. I was de-OTP account (Server A) to re-OTP account (Server B)
3. OTP account for server B completely de-OTP (Notebook)
2. The OTP Server A was completely uninstall. After than re-install OTP for server B.
3. Now I face the problem

Hello.

Please try the following solution:

1. Hit your windows hotkey + R (at the same time)

2. Type there %appdata%

3. Now a folder which contains a setup file called "AnyOTPSetup" will pop up.

4. Click AnyOTPSetup and use the repair future.

5. Once it's done, try again. (IF it didn't work, continue to step 6)

6. Sign into your account http://otp.nttgame.com/login/login

7. http://otp.nttgame.com/MyICS/service/resendAuthCode -->Click "RESEND AUTHENTICATION CODE"

8. You'll receive an SMS with your OTP ID and a new auth code.
Simply use it for your AnyOTP program and it should work.


*NOTE: All these auth codes you receive are one-time codes only.
