I know I am doing all of the steps correctly, which is making this very frustrating. As obviously you can not use one cell phone for two accounts, I had to set up using the desktop service. I keep receiving OTP codes properly, however Knight Online will not accept them. I have attempted to reset my time properly, and nothing is working. I have also used NPoints to reset the AuthID/Code, and it still will not work.
I have submitted a ticket, but I wanted to let the community mods/gm's know.
