xigncode not loading

xigncode3 is not loading in desktop but working on notebook - same router...

In addition..
Steam KO which is in the desktop only also having same issue with xigncode3. Notebook not installed..

Also there is like 6 hrs of thread as of this posting in Steam KO about xigncode3...

Just a brief update, right after Regiss informed me, I've forwarded it to our developer team and Xignocode operator.

We are currently investigating the issue and it should be resolved as soon as possible. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Steam KO forum has some sort of solution..

following the lead from Steam KO...

I looked at my notebook' setting and set the same for my desktop and looks like it resolve the issue.

Wireless Network Connection Properties -- I have set my preferred DNS Server to the one that was discussed -- Dadegano was there too.

It did work instantly...


Google Public DNS IP addresses

my setting is Obtain an IP address automatically..
Use the following DNS server addresses (Preferred and Alternate)

The Google Public DNS IP addresses (IPv4) are as follows:

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

I live in the USA, and I also have same problem. Changed VPN and DNS, uninstalled and reinstalled, almost tried all possible solutions, nothing worked so far....

Friends from Singapore, Canada also have similar issue.

I asked my cousin to log from Malaysia also facing same issue.

mine is working after changing the DNS.
