I can't use the merchant mode

Hello,

I've got a problem with my account during game, when I'm trying to look the items on the merchant mode, a window appears with this note "you must verify your account on the game website in order to use the trade or merchant feature".

I think that my account is verified. Only my "sms verification" is "not active" but the rest is active so..

Can you help me please?

Hmm... Your character is under level 35?

If yes, and you have done SMS verify(*) you can not set merchant buy or sell to other players, even you have premium service active.
If not, could be a bug problem. If this the case, update thread with your character name and server. Thanks.

(*)SMS Verify it's active when you do phone number verification with your NTT account. Once you do, no way to "disable it". Service that can be activate/deactivate is the ICS OTP.

It's an old account so it can be a problem ? And i'm lvl 43, just back today

Yeah, you must have SMS enabled on the account.
