yesterday i hear the same thing from char that i know he is also hacked e-mail changed and hacker is selling his stuf in moradon he cant sent ticket because his e-mail also change so my question is what can he do because he cant change his e-mail cant sent ticket and if i want sent ticket for him they ask how did you get info of that char so a bit off help wil be nice
p.s seems that some can or have acces to data bank of ntt so he can take evry account info for his own use
he needs to send a ticket himself with another account
he shouldn't be giving others his information if he does that he won't get help i guess
cause he needs to provide proof that only he should know about his account

thats just what i was trying to explain he cant login the website because hacker changed evry thing login name e-mail evrything ant ALYce its was his first account have no other he can make 1 but have no n points on it to make ticket
yea then he has to buy npoints or premium on a new account
but giving away info isn't smart and as you have noticed they won't help
btw there are some ways to get free npoints try searching for those options on the forum
people have been talking about it a couple times
