Unexpected Error with PayPal

So i cannot submit a support ticket without Npoints which i wouldnt need to do if i could actually buy Npoints. I also cannot verify my account without them which means i cannot trade in game.... this is driving me crazy because the first attempt to buy them with paypay seemed to work but i have no history of any transaction on my NTT account and no history of a transaction with my paypal account.... After a few days i decided to try again but now i get the An unexpected error has occured..... every time i try to buy npoints.

BTW where is the support thread in the forums?

I have had same problem before. I managed to find out what cause this, you might not have sufficient balance in your credit card / debit card that you added to PAYPAL. You should check your limit / balance.
